SPRING/BREAK Cinema will be the new hub of short form, idea-based storytelling, outside both cookie-cutter studio constraints and meaning-thin variety-act distraction clips. Here, the French concept of "cinema" -- visual idea-making through camera based thematic storytelling -- will have a new community of both implementers and patrons. With the decade-long track record of SPRING/BREAK Art Show's highly focused curatorial eye on culture-making, and partner Digital Nativ's similar longstanding savvy in both the art and technology sphere, their supergroup SPRING/BREAK Cinema will be a meeting point for film fans and art collectors alike, using limited edition ownership of short films to create a whole new genre of collecting in the digital/NFT space. And a way for emerging film talent to actually fund a career. Without the traditional commercial constraints, SPRING/BREAK Cinema facilitates collectors acquiring only the best in contemporary culture, and the keeping of the very art of cinema alive.

Building new markets for storytellers outside of big budgets, and cultivating a discerning audience through which cinematic styles can be seen and supported, SPRING/BREAK Cinema is using blockchain technology to forge a new resource for filmmakers and digital collectors alike.
